NXT.Discount is a trading name of FXN Holdings Limited (Company Number: 16134139).

1. WHERE WE DELIVER
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

2. HOW OUR SHIPPING WORKS
NXT.Discount operates as a dropshipping retailer. This means that when 
you place an order, it is forwarded to our trusted wholesale supply 
partners who package and ship your order directly to your delivery address. 
You will receive your items just as you would from any other online retailer — 
the only difference is that the goods are dispatched from our supplier's 
warehouse rather than our own.

3. DELIVERY COST
FREE DELIVERY on all orders — no minimum spend required.

4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
- Order Handling Time: 24–48 hours after your order is confirmed
- Estimated Delivery Time: 3 working days after dispatch
- Estimated Total Time from Order to Delivery: 4–5 working days

Please note: As orders are fulfilled by our supply partners, delivery 
timeframes are estimates and may occasionally vary. If your order has 
not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us immediately.

5. DISPATCH ORIGIN
Your order may be dispatched from a warehouse located within or outside 
the United Kingdom, depending on stock location. Any import duties, 
taxes, or customs fees are covered by NXT.Discount — you will never 
be charged additional fees beyond what you paid at checkout.

6. MULTIPLE ITEMS
If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive 
at different times. You will receive tracking information for each 
shipment where available.

7. ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING
Once your order is placed, you will receive:
- An order confirmation email immediately
- A dispatch confirmation email with tracking details (where available) 
  once your order has been shipped by our supplier

If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within 48 hours of 
placing your order, please contact us at support@nxt.discount.

8. FAILED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, our courier partner will leave 
a card with instructions for collection or re-delivery. If an item is 
returned to our supplier due to a failed delivery, we will contact you 
to arrange re-delivery. Additional charges may apply.

9. MISSING OR LOST ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of your expected 
delivery date, please contact us:

We will investigate with our supply and courier partners and resolve 
the issue as quickly as possible. As the seller of record, we take 
full responsibility for ensuring your order reaches you.

10. DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged:
- Take photographs before and during opening
- Contact us within 48 hours at support@nxt.discount
- Include your order number and clear photographs of the damage

We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly at no cost to you.
