We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not
happy for any reason, we are here to help.
1. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL (UK LAW)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel
your order and return your goods within 14 days of receiving them, without
giving any reason. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer
Rights Act 2015 if goods are faulty or not as described.
2. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
- Photographs if the item is damaged or faulty
Important: Please do not return items to the address on the parcel
or to our supplier directly. All returns must be authorised by us
first. We will provide you with the correct return address and
instructions within 2 business days of your request.
3. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
- In their original, unused condition
- In their original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Perishable goods
- Digital downloads or software once opened
- Items that have been personalised or custom-made
- Hygiene products that have been opened or used
4. RETURN SHIPPING
4.1 If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover
the cost of return shipping and arrange collection or provide a
prepaid return label.
4.2 If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind,
the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
4.3 We will provide you with the return address upon approval of your
return request — please do not send items back without contacting
us first as this may delay your refund.
4.4 We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service as we
cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit
back to us.
5. REFUNDS
5.1 Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you
by email.
5.2 If your return is approved, a full refund will be processed to your
original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
5.3 Original delivery charges (if any) will be refunded if the return is
due to a fault or error on our part.
5.4 Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment
provider, typically 3-5 business days after we process the refund.
6. FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at
support@nxt.discount with:
- Your order number
- A description of the fault or damage
- Photographs of the faulty or damaged item
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
7. IMPORTANT — DROPSHIPPING NOTICE
NXT.Discount operates as a dropshipping retailer. Your order is
fulfilled and shipped directly by our wholesale supply partners.
However, your contract is solely with FXN Holdings Limited trading
as NXT.Discount. All returns, refund requests, and complaints must
be directed to us — not to any third party supplier or courier.
We take full responsibility for resolving any issues with your order
in accordance with UK consumer law.
