directly by our trusted wholesale supplier network. While our business

We sell products exclusively to customers within the United Kingdom.
2. ORDERING
2.1 By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old
and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

5. DELIVERY
5.1 We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
5.2 Standard delivery is FREE on all orders — no minimum spend required.
5.3 As a dropshipping retailer, your order is fulfilled directly by our
wholesale supply partners. Orders are processed within 24–48 hours
(handling time) and typically delivered within 3 working days thereafter.
5.4 In some cases, your order may be shipped from our supplier's warehouse,
which may be located outside the United Kingdom. Where this is the case,
any applicable import duties or customs fees are covered by us — you
will not be charged anything beyond the order price shown at checkout.
5.5 Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for
delays caused by our suppliers, courier partners, or circumstances
beyond our reasonable control, including customs clearance delays.
5.6 If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched separately
and arrive at different times.
6. YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
As a UK consumer purchasing from a UK-registered business, you are fully

7. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your
order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

international copyright laws. You may not reproduce any content without

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
